During the day it can be used as a sofa and at night it very easily & quickly pulls out at the bottom, from being a sofa to a double bed, great if you have friends staying over . You do not have to make 'extra' room for this - it takes up space between bed & ladder so no need to pull away from wall. Easily converts back to settee by slight lift of front of bed and sharp push backwards. No akward pulling out of legs or rearranging cushions to convert

The silver metal frame is stylish, sturdy and in excellent condition.

The futon is blue camouflage , this is in good condition but has a few marks to small area one side of the futon

The top single bed mattress is like new.

The ladders are to the side of the bed, so bed could be fitted wall to wall without the worry of leaving room for access to ladders.
